Seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their team and provide outpatient services through their telehealth program. Responsibilities include treatment planning, utilizing technology at all points of the day, and working in partnership with clients to achieve goals. The position requires a Master's level degree and licensure in New Mexico.
This position requires full participation and dedication within a self-directed team to provide a variety of services that include initial intake, assessments, brief therapy, crisis evaluation, and phone triage with clients. You will procure re-authorization from insurance companies, coordinate mental healthcare benefits, and make referrals to appropriate services using approved therapeutic procedures and adhering to organizational policies and ethical behavior.
